Here are a couple of photos from the field today. This weekend was the Annual Ringmaster Fly-A-Thon. https://ringmasterflyathon.com/ 17th Annual. I think Terry (Red Hat) was trying to have the highester number in Arkansas and beat the country of Scotland! I wasn’t there for long so just a couple of photos. The crash was not part of control line flying.
Update: From Terry: “7 pilots on Saturday posted 73 flights. 3 pilots on Sunday logged in an additional 45 flights for a Fly-A-Thon total of 118 flights in 2024. A lot of visitors came by to see what was happening and renew friendships. We really appreciated the support and the hanger breaks and meal breaks. Looking forward to next year already!”
