I recently stopped in Fodyce to eat lunch and found an out of the way diner that was set up in the old train depot downtown. The inside was decorated as you would expect. I didn’t take any photos as there were quite a few customers and I thought it might be rude. Outside there was this train on display. It had steps to get inside and take a look around . Here is a gallery of some photos that were taken of this awesome steam locomotive built in 1922. Click on the photo to see a larger version. While I was standing there a new(er) locomotive came by. Locomotive 8532.
Finally while leaving I also noticed this on the side of one of the old buildings down town. Thought it was cool – wonder if it was ever used?
